Mr. Benjamin Au obtained his qualification in 1992 from the University of Hong Kong. He was later admitted to practice as a solicitor of the High Court in Hong Kong in 1994.  In 2001, he obtained a Diploma of Insolvency from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  In 2015, Mr. Au was appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China as a China Appointed Attesting Officer. Mr Au also obtained his Master degree in Executive in Business Administration in 2020.


Mr. Au has been practicing for over 25 years and the firm was founded by him in 2004.  He specializes in several areas of practice, including civil litigation and arbitration, criminal litigation,  insolvency, mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Au is also experienced in handling complex and sophisticated cases, and has acted for client in high profile litigation cases as well as mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions involving funds amounting to ¥4 billion.
